Membership & creator terms

What membership includes

Duke Forger supplies planning, guided learning, project persistence and connected production tools within the selected project limits. Creator is $29 USD/month and Studio is $59 USD/month. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Production access continues through the verified paid period when cancellation is scheduled. Saved projects and source exports remain accessible afterward.

Separate costs and responsibilities

You purchase and manage your own AI provider credits, commercial asset licences, hardware and external services. Duke does not include or resell AI credits. You install Epic Games Launcher, Unreal Engine and compatible build tools yourself and comply with their licences. Set provider budget limits before generating content.

Creative work and verification

You are responsible for rights to inputs, original content and provider-generated outputs. Duke claims no ownership over your original project; third-party licences still apply. AI output may be incorrect and requires inspection, compilation and playtesting. No AAA quality, completion date, income, degree or job is guaranteed. Console publishing and large-scale multiplayer require additional implementation and platform approval.

Accounts and safety

Keep API keys and engine connection files private. Upload only content you have rights to use. Do not use another person’s voice or likeness without the required permission. Custom voice cloning is not provided by the current audio tool.

Billing questions

Use Stripe’s billing portal for receipts, payment-method updates and cancellation. For a charge dispute, duplicate charge or unresolved service issue, use the merchant contact shown on your Stripe receipt. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
